For as long as I can remember, I have had a significant issue with becoming motivated very easily and losing interest quickly. It is as if I lose momentum, as you say. I had never considered that it is like a snowball and that there is actually logic to it. Thank you for the clear explanation and the strategies you provided. They will definitely be useful to me!

We started a gratitude journal and put it on top of the toilet seat, so we're forced to pick it up and write something we're thankful for about our partner while we're doing ... other business. You could take this concept and apply it to anything. "Thought of the day" or whatever. To your point, it's consistent. It's a small spark that can start a fire everyday ... or great sex in our case lol.
